Defendant is plaintiffs son friend. Plaintiff claims defendant damaged his car while he was trying to collect money from another car that he has not paid him for either, he found him there and asked for the money, defendant got aggressive and kicked his car several times. Plaintiff says he was trying to help defendant as he was having financial and personal problems he decided to loan him money for a car, says they agreed on payments arrangements. He found out he sold the car and did not give him any money.

'the defendant appears to have no morals or ethics.Will probably wind up in prison. He has no conscience either. He knows damn well he's wrong;just wasting the court's time. The plaintiff will never see a dime of his money.

Notice how he blames the judge ..... he's a liar and not a person to be trusted;has no defense, and so he blames the judge for not listening to his 'lies'. LOL
